STONEYBANK STAR
Date of birth: June 28 1996
SIRE: "BILLY" DAM: MIDNIGHT STORM
Star is Storm's daughter by a gypsy cob. In 2004 she produced our first foal, a filly , Stoneybank Black Amber by fell stallion, Wellbrow Raider. I was very lucky to witness the birth by torchlight and what an amazing experience it was. Star was brought slowly back into work once Amber was weaned.
UPDATE
Star now has a new home but she is literally only just down the lane. She is excelling herself as an allrounder and has wins to her credit in dressage, cross country and show jumping. She has also had two seasons hunting and is really living up to her name. We are very very proud of her.

Stoneybank Talisman
Date of birth: May 19 2007
SIRE: LOWTHWAITE MERLIN DAM: LLANCLOUDY MINA
Talisman kept us waiting for his birth, but was certainly worth the wait. He has the best of his sire's good looks and his dam's wonderful temperament. Proving easy to train, Tali will make a good riding pony as he has lovely free paces and lots of enthusiasm.
UPDATE: Tali now has a lovely new home with Sara and her arab mare, Nirah. He is not too far away and we will keep in touch with him and update his gallery frequently.

TOWNEND DINKIE V (FP1798)
Date of birth: May 1989
SIRE: LUNESDALE JERRY DAM: TOWNEND DALLY III
"Poppy" is a stunning 13.2hh whole black mare. Formerly a long distance driving pony she took to her new career as a riding pony in 1999 with a minimum of fuss although it took a while to convince her to walk to the left of the track and not leave room for her imaginary carriage! She is a pony who knows her own mind and has an uncanny sense of geography, always knowing the shortest way home and she will show her disapproval by sulking with her ears back for about five minutes when she thinks you have turned her the wrong way. Luckily she soon cheers up and is a lovely forward going ride with a superb fell trot and a very enthusiastic jump too.
UPDATE
Poppy now has a new home with Julia and Colin and a new friend in grey cob mare, Lucy. She is only three miles away on the other side of the hill so I will be able to visit her often.

LYDVALE MEADOWSWEET (FP3957)
Date of birth: June 2 2003
SIRE: UNDERWOODS DRUMMER DAM: BRACKLINN MAGGIE
"Maddy" arrived here in June 2006 and is proving to be a real character. She is a very active pony, probably the most enthusiastic pony we have. She is always one of the first to the gate especially if she sees the hay coming! She has a superb, floaty action which is very impressive to watch. Maddy has settled into the routine extremely well, becoming firm pals with Amber and Midnight and the three of them are rarely apart.
UPDATE
Maddy now has a new home with Lisa in Devon so she has returned to the county of her birth. I hope to have updates on her progress and will put any photos I receive of her in her gallery.
